The purpose of the Greater Downtown Jasper Business Association is to promote the continued vitality of downtown Jasper.

Our belief is that the downtown districts are the hearts of communities, serving as a link to their heritage and traditions.

2012 Events
	Strassenfest *August 2th. to 5th.* Held the first weekend in August, this festival honoring the city’s German heritage draws over 30,000 visitors annually. Centered in the downtown square, the fest includes German bands, German foods, a Bier Garden, concessions and games, rides, athletic contests and 100-unit parade. \| Learn More \|
Fun Run 2006	Duathion *May 12th.* The SEVENTH annual Downtown Jasper fun run / walk has been renamed and expanded. It is now a three phase event. Taking place on the 2nd Saturday in May. This 5K Run / Walk Duathlon is a perfect way for family and friends to have fun together. Advance registration form available
